Senior Trainer in Commercial Learning - Global Distribution - Remote

Overview

The Sr. Trainer Commercial Learning - Global Distribution will provide Sales Training to Intuitive’s Global Distribution Markets, collaborating closely with European Commercial Distribution Managers to enhance the skills and knowledge of Distributor Partners.

• Develop and align training programs with sales strategies.
• Assess and address competency gaps in distributor sales teams.
• Create and manage curricula and training materials.
• Deliver presentations and workshops for new hires and ongoing training.
• Utilize various training formats to maximize content impact.
• Collaborate with Global Marketing to align training with messaging.
• Conduct field rides for hands-on training and coaching.
• Maintain expert-level certification in da Vinci Surgical Systems.
• Forecast training program needs and measure effectiveness.

Requirements

• B.S./B.A. Degree in Business, Communications, or Healthcare Management.
• 5+ years of Sales or Sales Management experience, preferably in medical devices.
• 2+ years of Corporate Training or Training Management experience.
• Experience with da Vinci Surgical Systems preferred.
• Knowledge of the operating theater preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and able to work independently.
• Ability to travel 15%+.
• Fluent in English.
