Overview

The Contract Recruiter plays a pivotal role in the identification, attraction, and successful placement of top talent for current and future opportunities within one or more business units. This individual is responsible for identifying and promoting sourcing, interviewing, and hiring best practices to align with business and customer needs.

In Short

  • Consult with Hiring Managers to understand current and future needs.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers for a smooth recruiting process.
  • Design creative recruitment strategies and execute all phases of the hiring process.
  • Initiate ideas for process improvement and lead projects for implementation.
  • Use data resources to persuade customers and implement change.
  • Present at meetings and trainings to improve interviewing and hiring skills.
  • Develop and implement sources for applicants using various strategies.
  • Identify passive job seekers using a full range of recruitment tactics.
  • Drive timely execution of sourcing and screening processes.
  • Propose and implement ongoing improvements to recruitment efforts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SALES recruiting experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Recruiting experience in a healthcare or medical device setting preferred.
  • Experience with Workday and/or SmartRecruiters preferred.
  • High volume, high quality recruitment experience across multiple skill sets.
  • Demonstrated experience with full lifecycle recruiting.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook).
  • Self-motivated, action and results-oriented.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
