Overview

The Genesis Trainer will provide customers with onsite technology integration, education, and utilization support, working closely with various teams to ensure successful robotic surgery programs.

In Short

  • Provide onsite technology integration and education for customers.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Services teams.
  • Support care team training and program improvement initiatives.
  • Manage assigned territory effectively.
  • Deliver customized training and support for technology use.
  • Track progress and communicate updates to customers.
  • Assist with integration of new technology into healthcare environments.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
  • Provide support for OR case needs as required.
  • Participate in educational events beyond regular support duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Clinical or Health Sciences, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of training experience on complex topics.
  • Experience in an Operating Room or Sterile Processing environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel overnight up to 50% of the time.
  • Fluent in English and local language as necessary.
