Clinical Sales Associate - Remote

Overview

The Clinical Sales Associate (CSA) is responsible for clinically selling and maximizing the utilization of the da Vinci® Surgical System in the Little Rock, AR territory, working closely with surgical teams and the Clinical Sales Manager.

In Short

• Work with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop a sales strategy.
• Manage surgical teams through training sessions and OR integration.
• Be a resource across all primary surgical specialties.
• Support regional Sales and Marketing events.
• Develop a Surgery plan for each surgical team.
• Expand the user base by working with KOLs.
• Drive sales of instruments and accessories.
• Manage administrative tasks effectively.
• Travel up to 25%, working nights and weekends as needed.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and ambition.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years outside sales experience, preferably in medical devices.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Proven record of success and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
