Overview

The Clinical Sales Associate (CSA) focuses on maximizing the utilization of the da Vinci® Surgical System in the Sacramento territory, enhancing surgical precision and patient benefits through robotic-assisted surgery.

In Short

• Develop sales strategies for robotic surgical device utilization.
• Manage surgical teams through training and integration of the da Vinci® system.
• Support regional sales and marketing events.
• Ensure surgical teams can operate the system independently.
• Expand the user base by collaborating with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Drive sales of instruments and accessories.
• Handle administrative tasks related to sales activities.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and work flexible hours.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
