Overview

The Clinical Sales Associate (CSA) plays a crucial role in maximizing the utilization of the da Vinci® Surgical System through clinical sales, training, and collaboration with surgical teams.

In Short

• Work with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop a sales strategy.
• Manage surgical teams through training and OR integration.
• Be a resource across all primary surgical specialties.
• Assist in regional Sales and Marketing events.
• Develop a surgery plan for each surgical team.
• Drive expansion of the user base by collaborating with KOLs.
• Drive sales of instruments and accessories.
• Manage administrative tasks and sales activities.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years outside sales experience, preferably in medical devices.
• Ability to travel up to 25%, including nights and weekends.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
