Clinical Sales Associate - Remote

Overview

The Clinical Sales Associate (CSA) is responsible for clinically selling and maximizing the utilization of the da Vinci® Surgical System in the Wilmington NC territory, working closely with surgical teams and the Clinical Sales Manager.

In Short

• Work with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop a sales strategy.
• Manage surgical teams through training sessions and OR integration.
• Be a da Vinci® Surgery resource across all primary surgical specialties.
• Support regional Sales and Marketing events.
• Develop a da Vinci® Surgery plan for each surgical team.
• Drive continuous expansion of the user base.
• Drive the sales of instruments and accessories.
• Manage administrative tasks related to sales activities.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
• Work nights and weekends when required.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years outside sales experience, preferably in medical devices.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours.
