Overview

The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) is a developmental role designed to equip individuals with knowledge in technical, clinical, and sales aspects of our business.

In Short

• Partner with the Hawaii team to gain comprehensive business knowledge.
• Assist sales representatives with surgeon trainings and territory management.
• Guide technical in-services for customers including OR staff and surgeons.
• Promote advanced technology benefits to existing robotic users.
• Gain experience in goal setting and mapping for future quota-bearing roles.
• Manage administrative tasks including reporting and expense submissions.
• Travel up to 25% and work nights/weekends as needed.
• Minimum 1-year leadership or outside sales experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Proven record of success and excellent interpersonal skills preferred.
