Overview

The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) is a developmental role focused on gaining knowledge in technical, clinical, and sales aspects of the business while assisting the Miami team.

In Short

• Assist sales representatives with surgeon training and territory management.
• Guide technical in-services for customers including OR staff and surgeons.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 1-year outside sales or leadership experience required.
• Proven record of success with ambition and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent social and persuasive communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to travel up to 10% and work nights/weekends as needed.
