Overview

The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) is a 24+ month developmental role that partners with the Springfield, MO team to gain knowledge in technical, clinical, and sales aspects of the business.

In Short

• Assist sales representatives with surgeon training and territory management.
• Guide technical in-services for customers including OR staff and surgeons.
• Sell benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users.

• Manage administrative tasks including reporting and expense submissions.
• Minimum 1-year leadership or outside sales experience required.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and work nights/weekends as needed.
