Overview

The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) is a developmental role at Intuitive that focuses on gaining knowledge in technical, clinical, and sales aspects of the business while working alongside the Memphis team.

In Short

• Partner with the Memphis, TN team for training and development.
• Assist sales representatives with surgeon trainings and territory management.
• Guide technical in-services for customers including OR staff and surgeons.
• Promote advanced technology benefits to existing robotic users.
• Gain experience in goal setting and preparation for future sales roles.
• Manage administrative tasks related to sales activities.
• Must be relocatable to Memphis, TN.
• Travel required up to 10% as needed.
• Work may include nights and weekends.
• Compensation includes base pay and commission.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership or outside sales experience.
• Proven record of success and ambition.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
