Overview

The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) is a developmental role that partners with the Phoenix, AZ team to gain knowledge in all aspects of the business including technical, clinical, and sales.

In Short

• Assists sales representatives with surgeon trainings and hospital robotic development.
• Guides technical in-services for customers including OR staff and surgeons.
• Sells benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users.
• Gains experience in goal setting and mapping in preparation for a quota-bearing role.
• Manages administrative tasks such as reporting sales and submitting expense reports.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 1-year leadership or outside sales experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel up to 10% and work nights and weekends as needed.
