Overview

The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) is a developmental role focused on gaining knowledge in technical, clinical, and sales aspects of the business, partnering with the Middletown, CT team to support healthcare professionals.

In Short

• Assist sales representatives with surgeon trainings and territory management.
• Guide technical in-services for customers including OR staff and surgeons.
• Promote advanced technology benefits to existing robotic users.

• Manage administrative tasks including reporting and expense submissions.
• Requires relocation to Central/Eastern Connecticut Area.
• Travel up to 10% required.
• Work nights and weekends as needed.
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
• 1-year leadership or outside sales experience required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 1-year leadership (military) experience or 1 year of outside sales experience.
• Proven record of success in previous roles.

• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
