Overview

The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) is a developmental role aimed at gaining comprehensive knowledge in sales, technical, and clinical aspects of the business.

In Short

• Partner with the Charlottesville, VA team to learn various business aspects.
• Assist sales representatives with surgeon training and territory management.
• Conduct technical in-services for customers including OR staff and surgeons.

• Must live or be relocatable to Charlottesville, VA area.
• Ability to travel up to 10% and work nights/weekends as needed.
• Compensation includes base pay, commission, and equity.
• Target salary for this position is $114,000.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 1-year leadership or outside sales experience.
• Proven record of success in a similar role.
