Overview

As a Field Service Support Engineer 2 at Intuitive, you will be an integral part of our dedicated team, responsible for the installation, support, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of all our products within your management designated area of responsibility.

In Short

• Work hours: 11am-8pm Monday-Friday
• Installation and maintenance of products
• Ensure service agreements and warranty obligations are met
• Expertise in electro-mechanical systems required
• Provide technical support and training
• Document service activities and maintain records
• Travel up to 75% required
• Collaborate with sales and other teams
• Maintain company tools and assets
• Participate in continuous improvement projects

Requirements

• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to travel and work flexible shifts
• 1-3 years of field service experience preferred
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Good written and oral communication skills
• General computer skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
