Overview

The Field Service Engineer will support all da Vinci® Surgical platforms, ensuring effective system installation and providing technical training and support in an Operating Room environment.

• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer.
• Experience with medical devices preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Good administrative and record-keeping skills.
• Track record of solid customer relationships.
• Proven ability to independently troubleshoot complex systems.
• College degree in applied science or engineering preferred.
