Overview

The Clinical Sales Representative (CSR) is responsible for maximizing the utilization of the da Vinci® Surgical System in their territory by partnering with surgical teams and developing sales strategies.

In Short

  • Develop sales strategies to drive robot utilization.
  • Mentor surgical teams through training sessions.
  • Support regional Sales and Marketing events.
  • Drive continuous expansion of the user base.
  • Manage administrative tasks and sales activities.
  • Work with KOLs to enhance sales.
  • Provide resources across surgical specialties.
  • Assist in the development of a surgery plan for teams.
  • Travel up to 25% for duties.
  • Work nights and weekends as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
  • 2+ years in healthcare sales preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Knowledge of the Operating Room environment preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven record of success in sales.
