Overview

As a Clinical Sales Representative at Intuitive, you will be responsible for maximizing the operational efficiency of the da Vinci Surgical System installed in hospitals, while working collaboratively with medical teams to promote minimally invasive treatments.

• Conduct consultative sales activities tailored to regional markets.
• Establish yourself as a partner with surgical teams in da Vinci procedures.
• Develop surgical plans and encourage continuous use of the da Vinci system.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to effectively utilize the system.
• Encourage potential surgeons to adopt da Vinci surgeries and promote training.
• Support surgical procedures using the system to ensure safe usage.
• Handle daily reports and administrative tasks using internal systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the medical device industry.
• Proven ability to think and act proactively to achieve goals.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Integrity, honesty, and a sense of responsibility.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word/PPT).
• Native Japanese or equivalent proficiency (N1 level).
• Valid driver's license for company car use.
