Overview

The Clinical Sales Representative is responsible for maximizing the utilization of the da Vinci® Surgical System through effective sales strategies and partnerships with surgical teams.

In Short

  • Develop a sales plan for the local market.
  • Become a clinical expert in primary OR procedures.
  • Integrate the da Vinci® system at new customer sites.
  • Drive utilization of the da Vinci® by partnering with surgical teams.
  • Expand the user base through lead generation and presentations.
  • Convert high potential leads and drive training activities.
  • Manage sales of instruments and accessories.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to sales activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, including healthcare sales.
  • Strong experience in sales, preferably with surgical devices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Fluent in English and local language as required.
