Overview

The Clinical Sales Representative (CSR) focuses on maximizing the utilization of the da Vinci® Surgical System in the Knoxville territory by partnering with clinical teams and driving sales strategies.

In Short

  • Develop sales strategies to enhance robot utilization.
  • Mentor surgical teams through training and integration.
  • Serve as a resource for da Vinci® Surgery applications.
  • Assist in regional sales and marketing events.
  • Create plans for surgical teams to use the system independently.
  • Expand the user base by collaborating with KOLs.
  • Drive sales of instruments and accessories.
  • Mentor new clinical sales team members.
  • Manage administrative tasks efficiently.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in healthcare sales.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% and work nights/weekends as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
