Overview

The Clinical Sales Representative is responsible for maximizing the utilization of the da Vinci® Surgical System by developing sales strategies, collaborating with surgical teams, and ensuring effective integration of the system in new customer sites.

• Develop sales plans for local markets in collaboration with the Clinical Sales Manager.
• Become a clinical expert in OR procedures to support surgical teams.
• Integrate the da Vinci® system at new customer sites.
• Drive utilization of the da Vinci® by partnering with surgical teams.
• Expand the user base through lead generation and presentations.
• Convert leads and drive training activities.
• Manage sales of instruments and accessories.
• Handle administrative tasks related to sales reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4 years of sales experience, including 2 years in healthcare sales.
• Strong sales experience, preferably in surgical devices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Fluent in English and local language.
