Overview

The PV Performance Engineer will lead the ownership of PV module technology and performance estimates for utility-scale PV solar projects, ensuring optimal design and compliance with contractual agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; advanced degrees preferred.

• Experience managing Independent Engineer scopes during project financing.
• Knowledge of utility-scale power conversion and relevant codes.
• Experience with performance optimization techniques.
• Ability to communicate risks and opportunities effectively.
• Familiarity with energy modeling software and scripting languages.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative environment.
• Solid understanding of photovoltaic technology and system design.
