Training Development & Engagement Specialist (Contractor) - Remote

Overview

International Data Corporation (IDC) is seeking a dynamic and Training Development & Engagement Specialist (Contractor) to design, coordinate, and facilitate scalable business-specific training and development programs. This role is instrumental in building a repository of training content that promotes consistency, scalability, and standardization of delivery across IDC's Research & Data organization.

This role reports to the Business Operations team and partners closely with internal subject matter experts (SMEs). The ideal candidate combines project management discipline, instructional design best practices, and change enablement expertise, with strong familiarity using tools like Adobe Learning Manager and training authoring tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in corporate training or organizational effectiveness roles.
• Demonstrated experience designing and deploying content using LMS platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of e-learning tools.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence and drive adoption across teams.
• Strong facilitation skills for various audiences.
• Experience supporting global learning initiatives.
• Certification in instructional design or project management preferred.
