Overview

The Manager of Care Management I leads and collaborates with care management operations across utilization review, acute and emergency department care, and ambulatory/community settings, ensuring alignment with broader system-level strategies.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Care Management Certification within 24 months of hire.
• Demonstrated care management experience.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to drive high-impact change initiatives.
• Experience in quality assurance and performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
