Our mission in the 'Mein Bildungsraum' project is to make digital educational offerings accessible to everyone. We are creating a one-stop-shop for all citizens and thus supporting lifelong, individualized learning.

With 'Mein Bildungsraum', learners should be able to discover their ideal educational path and manage everything from applications to official completion seamlessly - all in one place. This creates a networking infrastructure that will form the basis for a digital and future-oriented educational landscape.

In Short

  • Build and scale strategic partnerships by identifying, acquiring, and developing partners that enhance our solutions and open new growth potentials.
  • Develop partnership models with companies, institutions, and multipliers to bring the software solution into new segments and regions.
  • Take end-to-end responsibility for the rollout process, ensuring timely and high-quality software delivery in close collaboration with development teams, product management, and external partners.
  • Develop, monitor, and continuously adjust the rollout strategy, including risk identification and management.
  • Coordinate between internal teams, partners, and public institutions to ensure a smooth introduction.
  • Support and advise customers in implementing and integrating our software solutions in collaboration with customer success and development teams.
  • Identify and implement measures for continuous improvement and scaling of the rollout process.
  • Create clear, understandable documentation for customers to ensure easy implementation and use.
  • Organize and moderate project meetings, including preparation and follow-up.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, engineering, or a comparable field or equivalent training with relevant experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience in software project management, especially with complex stakeholder structures or the rollout and support of software solutions.
  • Good knowledge of modern software architectures, cloud technologies, and IT integration processes.
  • Confident stakeholder management and communication with political decision-makers, internal teams, and external partners.
  • High service and customer orientation as well as strong analytical thinking.
  • Solid experience with both traditional and agile methods.
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to convey complex issues clearly.
  • Structured, solution-oriented, and self-reliant approach to challenges.
  • Ideally experience in collaboration with public institutions, especially in the education sector, and an understanding of federal structures.
