In Short

• Join the tax team at Intercom during a period of growth.
• Support tax accounting and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage global indirect tax filings with a focus on accuracy.
• Collaborate with FP&A to maintain accurate tax expense forecasts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of multinational corporate tax experience.
• Experience in Tax Accounting & Compliance (ASC 740 or IAS 12).
• Experience in Indirect tax (VAT/GST/Sales Tax).
• Professional qualification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and growth mindset.
• Ability to communicate effectively with tax and non-tax stakeholders.
• Attention to detail.
• Excited about expanding tax knowledge across multiple areas.
• Collaborative self-starter.
• Willingness to tackle new challenges.
