Requirements

  • 2+ years in a leadership role in Customer Success or related field.
  • 5+ years as a CSM or Account Manager in a B2B tech company.
  • Proven success in driving revenue growth.
  • Passion for teaching and developing others.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
  • Capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High energy and self-starter in entrepreneurial settings.
  • Skilled in identifying and implementing scalable solutions.
