Tech Recruiter - Remote

Overview

If you're a tech recruiter who runs on direct search and uses AI tools as a daily multiplier, not a party trick, we'd love to talk. This is a full-time, internal role at intent: B2B contract, 8,000-14,000 PLN net depending on your experience, plus benefits, paid leave, and sick days. You'll own recruitment end-to-end, build a real bench across our key roles, and partner directly with the Head of People and CxO Team.

In Short

• Own recruitment end-to-end across key roles: Flutter, iOS, Android, Backend, Firmware, PM, QA.
• Run high-volume direct search as the dominant channel.
• Build and maintain a bench of pre-vetted candidates.
• Utilize AI tools daily for various recruitment tasks.
• Automate sourcing flows and candidate communication.
• Select candidates based on skills and context fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and C-level executives.
• Share insights and improve AI usage in recruitment.
• Help grow and lead a recruitment team in the long run.

Requirements

• 4+ years in tech recruitment.
• Strong direct search and Boolean skills.
• Daily use of AI/LLM tools in recruitment.
• Experience in automating parts of the hiring process.
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers.
• Comfort with shifting priorities.
• Fluent English for internal communication.
• Initiative and ownership in communication.
