We are looking for an Automation Engineer who thrives at the intersection of data, process, and automation. Our aim is to automate all internal processes across all departments from operations, project management, HR, Sales and marketing.

In Short

Freelance role with clear tasks and payment for completion.
Possibility of turning into a full-time position after initial 3 months.
Work closely with the CEO and multiple departments.
Build automations and improve processes.
Document processes and measure impact of improvements.
Engagement in long-term cooperation.
Rate: 90 - 150 PLN net/hour.
Start ASAP.
HR/intro call, technical interview, and meeting with the CEO as part of recruitment.

Requirements

Solid experience with Clay (must-have).
Familiarity with no-code/low-code automation tools.
Comfortable with scripting, SQL queries, and APIs.
Excellent communication skills in English (B2+ level).
Self-directed and collaborative.
