Overview

The Client Support Associate is responsible for managing and resolving technical issues in a Service Desk/Call Center environment, providing excellent customer service and support.

In Short

  • Identify, manage, escalate, and resolve technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot IT issues including software, hardware, and networking.
  • Answer incoming support calls from customers.
  • Utilize Service Desk tools for data entry and tracking.
  • Interact with Technical Support teams as needed.
  • 1 - 3 years of related work experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills needed.
  • Ability to work in a team and flexible schedule required.
  • Technical Support Troubleshooting skills are essential.
  • Experience with MS Office is a plus.

Requirements

  • 1 - 3 years of call center support experience.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Technical troubleshooting experience preferred.
  • Experience in a Service Desk or Technical Call Center is a plus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot desktop, printer, and notebook issues.
