Overview

As a Client Support Associate at Carry, you will be the trusted point of contact for clients, assisting them with their financial accounts and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

In Short

• Serve as main contact for clients via email, chat, and video calls.
• Coordinate with internal teams and financial partners to resolve inquiries.
• Complete transfers and rollovers into and out of Carry.
• Develop and enhance FAQs and documentation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with the engineering team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in a client-facing role in financial services.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with teams and partners.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Solo 401k, brokerage, and IRA accounts is a plus.
