Overview

We are seeking a Senior Credit Associate to join the Investment Team. This individual will play a mission-critical role in transaction structuring, diligence, documentation, and execution. The ideal candidate combines strong credit acumen with precision in process management and attention to structural detail.

• 3–6 years of experience in private credit, leveraged finance, structured lending, or related credit investing roles.
• Exposure to mid-market or asset-backed transactions preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in credit structuring, legal documentation, and transaction mechanics.
• Highly analytical, with fluency in financial modeling, credit metrics, and legal-contract interpretation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel.
