Overview

The Customer Support Coordinator at IntelligenceBank will provide direct support to customers and assist the Customer Success team, ensuring high-quality service and troubleshooting customer issues.

In Short

  • First point of contact for HelpDesk support tickets.
  • Investigate and respond to customer support tickets via email, phone, and online meetings.
  • Configuration of IntelligenceBank software products.
  • Liaise with QA, Dev, and Product teams for solutions.
  • Assist Customer Success Managers and Implementation team with project work.
  • Prior experience supporting SaaS solutions required.
  • Proven web development coding skills (HTML, CSS, JS).
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Passion for solving business and technology challenges.
  • Energetic and motivated with mediation and negotiation skills.
  • Time and priority management skills.
  • Exposure to APIs, Postman, Zapier is an advantage.
  • Reliable, consistent, and a fast learner.
