Overview

The Customer Support Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and technical issues, providing expert remote assistance and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

In Short

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Troubleshoot server configurations, software installations, and network performance issues
  • Communicate technical solutions to non-technical users
  • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams
  • Assist in configuring software for new customer deployments
  • Maintain accurate records of support interactions in the CRM system
  • Contribute to FAQs and knowledge base articles
  • Participate in training sessions and process improvement initiatives
  • Analyze recurring support issues and recommend service enhancements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or network support
  • Experience in telecom, networking, or client-facing technical environments
  • Proficient in server troubleshooting and remote support tools
  • Solid understanding of basic network protocols (DNS, SSL, FTP)
