In Short

• Project management and support of technical or customer projects (Budget, Time, Resources, Risks, Tasks)
• Participate in the presales phase and conduct the process, supported by other team members
• Draft proposals for clients
• Take full end-to-end responsibility for projects
• Ensure technical excellence in terms of technical documentation and delivery
• Integration and set up of processes about compliance, Security, and Business continuity requirements
• Participate in the continuous Improvement of our delivery processes.
• Understandably explain complicated topics to audiences of different technical capabilities
• Support business development with use-case analyses and workshops for potential clients
• Build key relationships with stakeholders and customers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in the IT sector, including at least 4+ years as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
• Master's degree (Computer Science or similar) or equivalent experience
• Understanding of software development and architecture
• Previous experience working on Blockchain/DLT projects and the ability to drive pre-sales in this field
• Familiarity with AI concepts and trends, ideally applied in hands-on project management
• Knowledge of the financial sector (payments and capital markets)
• Business process modeling skills
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Coaching and mentoring ability
