UI/UX Designer - Remote

In Short

• Join an innovative, collaborative Product Management team as a UI/UX Designer.
• Conduct user research to gain insights into user needs and behaviors.
• Create wireframes, user flows, storyboards, and prototypes.
• Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Design intuitive, visually engaging interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.
• Plan and facilitate usability testing sessions to validate design solutions.
• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and stakeholders.
• Stay current with emerging design trends and tools.
• Proactively improve design processes and workflows.
• Present and defend design concepts to team members and leadership.

Requirements

• University degree in design, computer science or related field or equivalent job experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in UX design tools, preferably Figma.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
• Ability to create detailed user personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• An analytical mindset to interpret data and inform design decisions.
