Overview

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create high-fidelity prototypes and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance user experiences in a leading North American tech startup.

In Short

Create high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
Participate in customer discovery sessions.
Iterate based on customer feedback.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers.
Contribute to a growing design system.
Work closely with Marketing & Communications.
Champion a customer-first culture.
Strong Figma skills required.
Experience in a collaborative environment.
Availability during US Eastern time zone hours.

Requirements

Strong Figma skills with interactive prototypes.
Comfort in a collaborative, iterative environment.
Experience in customer research and usability testing.
Understanding of complete user journeys.
Clear communication skills for remote collaboration.
Availability during at least half of US Eastern hours.
Experience with B2B SaaS is a plus.
Familiarity with empowered product team models is a plus.
Background in mobile app design is a plus.
