We are looking for a part-time Crisis Helpline Responder with proven experience as a helpline counsellor or responder, and completed training in Crisis intervention or Suicide prevention.

Responding to telephone hotline for crisis support.

Dedicating entire shift to tasks and responsibilities.
Conducting risk assessments for suicide cases.
Requirements
Proven experience as a helpline counsellor or responder.
Completed training in Crisis intervention or Suicide prevention.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Empathy and understanding of mental health issues.
