Crisis Helpline Responder - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a part-time Crisis Helpline Responder with experience in helpline counselling and training in crisis intervention or suicide prevention.

In Short

• Respond to telephone hotline for crisis support.
• Provide professional crisis counselling services.
• Assess caller's needs and triage for safety or medical attention.
• Maintain accurate call reports on issues and referrals.
• Comply with Data Protection Acts.

• Ensure smooth handover to next shift personnel.
• Dedicating entire shift to Intellect tasks.
• Conduct risk assessments for suicide cases.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a helpline counsellor or responder.
• Completed training in crisis intervention or suicide prevention.
