Crisis Helpline Responder (Vietnam) - Remote

Overview

We're looking for a part time Crisis Helpline Responder with proven experience as a helpline counsellor or responder, and completed training in Crisis intervention or Suicide prevention.

• Responding to telephone hotline for crisis support.
• Providing professional crisis counselling services.
• Assessing caller's needs and triaging for safety.
• Maintaining accurate call reports.
• Complying with Data Protection responsibilities.
• Supporting development of crisis management plans.
• Making quick decisions in crisis situations.
• Ensuring smooth handover to next shift personnel.
• Dedicating entire shift to tasks and responsibilities.
• Conducting risk assessments for suicide cases.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a helpline counsellor or responder.
• Completed training in Crisis intervention or Suicide prevention.
