Overview

The Event and Marketing Coordinator at IntegriChain will manage logistical execution for in-person and digital events while supporting ongoing marketing operations to drive revenue growth.

• Manage logistics for field events, trade shows, and conferences.
• Use Salesforce and analytics tools to track event performance.
• Coordinate end-to-end event planning and execution.

• Work collaboratively with Sales and Consulting teams.

• Track project effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate customer events during conferences.
• Assist Marketing Leadership with various responsibilities.
• Ensure seamless execution of all events.

Requirements

• 3+ years of event coordination and marketing operations experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences preferred.
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Ability to travel for in-person events.
