Director of Accounting Operations - Remote

Overview

The Director of Accounting Operations will supervise all accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable, cash receipts, collections, accounts payable, payroll, treasury, and audits, while creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

• Oversee daily accounting operations and finance groups.
• Manage accounts payable and payroll functions.

• Maintain cash forecasts and manage daily cash positions.
• Oversee bank account activities and relationships.

• Lead implementation efforts on new procurement systems.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Contribute to re-implementing NetSuite for better efficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in an ERP environment.
• Ability to manage remote and global teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and NetSuite.
• Experience with OpenAir and Salesforce preferred.
