The Director of Accounting Operations will lead and oversee the accounting operations team at EarnIn, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in financial processes as the company scales.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in accounting operations, with 5 years in leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial controls.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Proven ability to implement process improvements.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a public company environment is a plus.
