Chargebacks Analyst - Trade Operations - Remote

Overview

The Chargebacks Analyst will be responsible for processing chargeback credits, collaborating with customers to resolve disputes, and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.

In Short

• Process claims and resubmissions for assigned customer accounts.
• Research chargeback rejections and resolve issues with wholesalers.
• Perform daily and monthly reconciliations of chargebacks.
• Interact with internal and external customers to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of claims/contracts.
• Create and distribute supporting documentation.
• Document disputes, trends, and calculation variances.
• Maintain tracking logs for chargeback processing.
• Support audit requests as assigned.
• Contribute to compliance with all contract terms.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple deliverables.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Quick learner of new technologies.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with Model N Flex or Model N is a plus.
