Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support inbound transportation and trade operations into the EMEA region. This role plays a critical part in managing the end-to-end flow of goods from origin through final mile delivery to regional distribution centers, while ensuring compliance with global trade regulations. The ideal candidate will bring strong logistics expertise, experience managing third-party carriers and customs brokers, and a commitment to operational excellence.

• Manage inbound transportation operations into the EMEA region, focusing on timely final mile deliveries.
• Build and maintain relationships with third-party carriers and logistics providers.
• Serve as the primary contact for customs brokerage partners.
• Ensure adherence to global trade compliance processes.
• Support performance management of carriers and customs brokers.
• Analyze transportation and trade data for process improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams.
• Maintain SOPs and reporting tools for operational visibility.
• Monitor changes in transportation regulations.
• Occasional travel within the Netherlands.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience in transportation or trade operations.
• Strong understanding of final mile delivery to distribution centers.
• Experience managing third-party carriers and customs brokers.
• Knowledge of trade compliance practices.
• Proficiency with TMS and data analysis tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting EMEA region logistics.
• Familiarity with Free Trade Agreements is a plus.
