Overview

Instructure is looking for an experienced Regional Director to join our K-12 sales team, focusing on new strategic customer acquisition in the southern region.

In Short

  • Sell all products to new clients and current customers
  • Share new insights to help prospects evaluate solutions
  • Prepare and tailor messaging for prospective clients
  • Guide prospective clients through the purchasing process
  • Accurately forecast quarterly and annual performance
  • Develop sales strategies to increase client pipeline
  • Build relationships with key buyers in institutions
  • Meet/exceed sales quotas within specified time frames
  • Partner with other salespeople and clients for referrals
  • Log account information into Salesforce CRM

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience or relevant EdTech experience
  • Understanding of educational pedagogy and LMS sales
  • Experience selling enterprise level software and SaaS
  • Experience selling at all levels, including C-level
  • Excellent strategic/consultative sales skills
  • Challenger Sales Methodology training is a plus
  • Ability to conduct needs analysis and proposal development
  • ~25-30% travel required
