Requirements

• 5+ years in a healthcare setting with team management experience.
• Experience in patient access or insurance operations.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and EHR platforms.
• Deep empathy for supporting mental health care patients.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience with insurance workflows.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
