Senior Manager of Patient Support Operations - Remote

Overview

Deciphera is seeking a Senior Manager of Patient Support Operations. The ideal candidate has deep reimbursement knowledge, experience with hands on case management in patient support programs, as well as experience with management of outsourced hub and copay vendors. This is a rare opportunity to join a small, collaborative team supporting two rare oncology products as well as potential future launches.

In Short

• Ensure ongoing operational excellence of hub and support program partners.
• Work with patient support vendors and specialty pharmacy partners.
• Maintain knowledge of Deciphera’s products and patient journeys.
• Manage specific patient cases and documentation.
• Responsible for quality monitoring of program activities.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and regulations.
• Lead calls with vendors and field access teams.
• Handle escalations requiring direct contact with physicians or patients.
• Analyze hub and copay data for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate quarterly business reviews with vendor partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of Patient Support Program experience.
• Expertise in hub and patient support program operations.
• Strong understanding of access environment and payer reimbursement.
• Knowledge of legal and compliance regulations.
• Exhibit patient focus and empathy.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships.
• Ability to work with data for insights.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Self-motivated and able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
