Overview

InStride Health is looking for an Exposure Coach to join our innovative team and make an impact in the lives of kids, teens, young adults and their families.

In Short

• Provide virtual and text-based coaching to patients and families.
• Participate in comprehensive training in evidence-based practices.
• Use measurement-based tools to inform coaching sessions.
• Collaborate with other care team members.
• Provide feedback regarding coaching curricula and training protocols.
• Maintain awareness of risk management issues.
• Complete documentation in a timely manner.
• Participate in ongoing trainings on technology-enhanced coaching.

Requirements

• Undergraduate or Masters degree.
• Background in working with children and adolescents.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and openness to new technologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Cultural competence regarding diversity and inclusion.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with trust.
