In Short

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least 2 years of experience.
• Experience in performance management and RBF is a plus.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English.
• Highly analytical with excellent numerical accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to synthesize technical information into simple concepts.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with a passion for international development.
